The New Generation Lunch Box or Bright Bin was conceptualized in 2009 while Stephanie, the owner/product developer, was packing lunch for her daughter. She became fed up with all the waste generated by the “traditional” way of using plastic bags to pack a school lunch, and using small food storage containers was not working either because her kids kept losing the lids.
Her mission is to have every child who brings lunch to school pack a 100% waste-free lunch that is easy for parents and economical.
