If you are less than satisfied with anything you order from our website you may exchange or return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange. However, all the shipping costs related to a return are the responsibility of the customer.

Wrong, Defective or Damaged Items:
If we shipped you the wrong item, we apologize for our mistake. We will pay for the return shipping as well as the shipment of the replacement. Please contact us at info@agreenhorizon.com to obtain a return authorization number and return postage.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at info@agreenhorizon.com for a return authorization number and a pre-paid return label. We will replace the damaged item or refund your full purchase price, upon receipt of the damaged or defective item.
Store Credit & Exchanges:
Merchandise purchased from A Green Horizon may be returned for store credit or an exchange of equal value within 30 days of purchase. All exchaged merchandise must be in original condition and in the original manufacturer’s labeled packaging with copy of original packing slip included. Once received, a store credit code will be issued in the amount of the item. This does not expire and can be used on any item at agreenhorizon.com. If an exchage is preferred, the item will be shipped out immediately with a tracking number for reference.
