We guarantee to ship your item out within 24 - 48 hrs of receiving your order, excluding Sundays and Holidays. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number for your reference. If for any reseason an item is not in stock, someone from customer service will notify you within 24 hrs of your order. Then, you have the option of a refund or store credit.
We offer shipping within the Continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii for $4.49 a shipment + .50/lb thereafter for standard service. For expedited service, 1-3 business days, the rate is $8.99 a shipment + .99/lb thereafter. We ship to Canada for $5.59/shipment + .75/lb for standard shipping and $6.95/shipment + .99/lb for expedited shipping. Please see the rate table during checkout for more details.
